We focus on programming at Stella's Girls. We empower young people—especially girls and young women—with the tools, resources, and support they need to succeed. Our programs inspire, empower, and create lasting change via education, community involvement, advocacy, and leadership development.
Mentorship
Education extends beyond the classroom. Students receive academic support from devoted volunteers in our tutoring and mentorship programs. We foster confidence to help children succeed academically and personally. One-on-one mentoring gives our students the focus and motivation they need to succeed.

Our scholarship program helps students overcome financial barriers, ensuring no child is left behind. Our scholarships improve students' lives by covering school costs, buying books, and using online learning resources.

We provide workshops and skill-building to educate life skills including financial literacy, digital skills, and critical thinking in addition to formal schooling. These courses educate young people for future challenges by giving them the knowledge and confidence to navigate the world.

We recognize the significance of a solid support network among peers. Our peer networking activities bring together diverse youth to share experiences, make friends, and work together. Participants feel connected and supported as they pursue their goals in this community.

Community Dialogues
Creating change starts with dialogue. At our community dialogues, youth, parents, educators, and community leaders discuss crucial topics and brainstorm solutions. These discussions allow youth to speak and communities to solve problems.
Gender Equality and Women's Rights
Our advocacy campaigns promote reproductive health, women's rights, and gender-based violence. We teach young advocates to organize events, lead campaigns, and create change in their communities and beyond.
LGBTQIA+ Inclusion
We proudly support LGBTQIA+ rights and inclusivity. Our initiatives teach adolescents and communities about acceptance and equality and empower young LGBTQIA+ leaders in creating safer, more inclusive settings.
